How can I pay?
We accept Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept PayPal and prepaid debit cards.
 
Are taxes included in the price? 
Advertised item prices on this website do not include taxes. The appropriate sales taxes will be applied at checkout and will vary depending on your location. Sales taxes vary by province. How do I know you have received my order?
Once you’ve placed your order, you will be directed to an order confirmation message, which will contain your order details. This information will also be emailed to you, but it could take up to 30 minutes to arrive. Once our team at the warehouse have processed your order, you will receive a second email to let you know that your order has been shipped. If an email does not appear to have been received, please check your spam folder.
 
Do you do returns or exchanges?
To keep our prices competitive and affordable we are unfortunately currently unable to offer returns, therefore all sales are final. We do not offer exchanges at this time due to high demand, by the time we would receive the order back there would be no guarantee the preferred item wanted would still be in stock. If you have received a faulty or incorrect item please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
 
What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?
We're sorry to hear that! Email us on our contact page within 7 days of receiving your package and we are happy to help.
 
Can I make changes to my order?
Unfortunately, once you've placed your order, our warehouse team will have already started processing it (we’re fast)! So we would be unable to make any changes.
 
Can I track my order?
Once you’ve received your shipping email you can check the status of your order anytime.
 
Where do you ship to?
Canada, USA, Mexico, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Republic Of Ireland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Australia, India, Japan, New Zealand & Russia.
Will I need to pay any import duties? 
Our prices do not include duties and taxes, which are determined by customs agency and need to be paid when receiving the product. If you select the regular shipping mode, they, in most cases, will not charge you any duties and taxes but we cannot guarantee, while people selecting the express shipping mode may have duties and taxes to pay. We do not control the duties and taxes charge you can contact your local custom agency to know more about the fees.
 
How much does shipping cost?
Please refer to our shipping options at checkout. Prices may vary depending on location and options available.
 
How long will it take to get my package?
Orders received are processed within 24-48 hours. Shipping time vary depending where to package is being shipped. You can get an estimate of time while at checkout while selection your preferred shipping option. Shipping times are estimates only.
 
I would like to receive my order faster, is this possible?
If you would like your order faster, please contact us as we may be able to provide alternative options on a case-by-case basis.
 
I have ordered various items on the same order, will they arrive together at the same time?
We ship all orders from our warehouse in Montreal, QC and we try to fit as many of your items in one package to avoid multiple shipments.
 
Why has my order been cancelled?
Due to the overwhelming demand for our items it may be that on occasion the item you have ordered can suddenly become unavailable. This happens very rarely but if it does, rest assured that we will be contact you as soon as possible to confirm the cancellation of the order. If your order contains additional items, we will still dispatch the rest of your order and simply refund the out of stock item.
 
How do I find the right size to fit me?
Please refer to our helpful descriptions that can be found on each item listing. They can be easily used to help you find the best possible fit. Please remember that international sizes can be up to 1 to 3 sizes smaller than European and American sizes, therefore it is important to consult the sizing in the descriptions to find the perfect fit for you. Remember to allow a small margin of 2-4cm for error.
 
Can I use multiple discount codes on my order?
Discount codes can’t be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer you may be entitled to. Only one discount code is permitted and accepted per order. 
 
I forgot to use my promo code!
Unfortunately, our system does not allow us to apply a promo code after an order was placed.
